What is your name and what city do you rep?

My name is JKace and town I rep is Las Vegas

What is unique about you and your music?

What’s unique about me is my story and how much I had to do just to get here from being adopted at 3, going to jail at 14, getting kicked out at 16, getting hit by a truck at 19 and being in a coma for a month, was at the Vegas shooting and my house burned down in the California Paradise Wild Fires, also being homeless multiple times for long periods. What’s unique about my music is it’s just something you need to hear to understand, it’s vibe I put into my music!

What shaped your music?

My life experiences and surviving situations and lead to me want others to learn from my mistakes and lessons!

When did you realize you were going to make music professionally?

I knew my whole life, my adopted family who I’m in better terms with now started me in music at a young age and that lead me to wanting to learn more and more! I went from singing to playing the piano to the guitar! Learned from school choir and band how to read music and compose my own pieces! Eventually I took that tried my hand at Rapping and wasn’t that good to start with but for some reason I kept trying and studied others like the way I learned everything and taught myself! I was in an accident in 2017 and was in a coma and talked to god who told me himself that I would have my voice heard by millions and guild them out of the clouded mindsets of today!

What type of music do you listen to?

I mostly listen to rap and rock but occasionally I’ll listen to country because I’m all about vocal ability!

Who, to you, is the most undervalued music artist?

Honestly funny enough I admire Justin Bieber to be honest and he’s too slept on for his singing and performing capabilities!

Who would you collab with out of any Artist or Producer?

I would love to collab with Post Malone and Scott Storch would be the producer I’d like to work with!

What ignites your writing & creative juices?

Any time I listen to Russ, Post Malone, Eminem, Joyner Lucas or 50 Cent I get really creative!

What do you do when you don’t do music (creative or otherwise) and that you are passionate about?

I work out a lot and I eat a lot lol

If you weren’t making music professionally, what would you be doing?

I honestly couldn’t imagine me not doing music, I’d be doing it just for the notoriety!

Success to you is…

Success is when I make my first million

What do you wish you were told when you first started making music that you think would help an artist starting out?

There’s no easy way up

Any upcoming projects or tracks you are apart of?

I have a couple different projects in the works

Where do we find you music / social media?

I’m on every platform and y’all could check out my IG and Facebook @JKace_wit_the_hitta and @JKace
